Hija opportunita specjalment jekk ghandek xi stabiliment tal-ikel, kemm zghir kif ukoll kbir, biex tara l-ahjar prodotti jew servizzi offruti fl-industrija tal-‘catering’.

 

Fil-‘VIVANDA’ ser issibu minn kompetizzjonijiet tal-koki, fran industrijali, borom, twagen u posati sa inbid, birra u ghagin frisk kif ukoll uniformijiet u apparat biex isahhan. Zuru Vivanda biex taraw dak kollu li d-dinja ta’ l-ikel ghanda x’toffri.

The fourth edition of VIVANDA – Chef Challenges, Food and more will take place from the 22nd till the 25th of February at MFCC Ta’ Qali. The opening hours are from 10:00am till 10:00pm from Thursday till Saturday and Sunday till 9:00pm.

 

Up to 300 chefs, both local and foreign will compete in the ‘Malta Kulinarja’ competition that takes place every two years, during which foreign judges will determine the winners of different cooking competitions. This is a great opportunity for those having a small or large establishment to see all the latest products and services offered to the catering industry.

 

Apart from the chef challenges mentioned above one can also find several products such as industrial ovens, kitchenware including pots, pans, tableware, wine, beer, fresh pasta, uniforms and a whole lot of other specialized cooking equipment.
