Stars of football and music to gather at MFCC

The MFCC will prove itself a special events venue worthy of the Premier League when it hosts a Gala dinner of celebrity footballers and pop stars as part of Malta’s Simply Legends extravaganza on 2 November. The day after the England vs Italy fixture in Malta’s national stadium at Ta’Qali, a showcase of star-studded personalities will gather at the new all-purpose conference and events centre nearby, bringing together world cup legends Dino Zoff, Gianluca Vialli, Paul Gascoigne and Bryan Robson with rock stars Richard Ashcroft and Eros Ramazzotti. The fundraising V.I.P. charity Gala dinner provides an entertaining curtain-raiser for the Simply Red concert that evening.
