Bringing events back to MFCC safely

We miss Concerts.
We miss Fairs and Exhibitions.
We miss Conferences and Shows.

However, as Malta’s largest events venue, the size of close to 3 football grounds, MFCC crew have been working tirelessly to create a venue in which events can be held, with all safety measures in place.

Here is a sneak peek as to the changes within our venue:

Having 2 main entrances, all visitors will seamlessly pass through sanitization areas that include temperature control together with mask or visor checks. We will also take some details, as advised by the authorities, to implement traceability measures to everyone’s benefit.

Once inside, you will find sanitization stands placed every 5m along the perimeter together with corridors being over 3m wide.

Seating arrangements will observe the 1.5m distancing rule and all frequently used surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized regularly by trained personnel.

The same distancing procedures will be maintained throughout all high traffic areas, including waiting zones, restrooms and catering placements.

All MFCC staff will be kitted with personal protective equipment (PPE) whilst entrance and exit numbers will be closely monitored to keep in line with the current mass gathering limitations.

All our efforts, in collaboration with the Malta Health Authority guidelines and international event body recommendations, will offer you a safer than ever ‘normal’ experience.

So, rest assured that when events restart, with AgriMalta (a showcase on farm to fork innovations within our local agricultural landscape, organized by the Ministry for Agriculture), ACCA examinations sessions (where students sit for their exams within the venue), the 63rd edition of the Malta Trade Fair in October followed by SiGMA, the international iGaming go to festival, you can visit knowing that it has never been safer to enjoy, educate and entertain yourself and your loved ones at MFCC.
