MFCC has recently invested in specialist sales and exhibitor training to ensure the service provided to the MICE market is of the highest European standard.

As the venue is used more and more for international events, MFCC identified an opportunity to streamline their team and the service provided, by bringing in corporate training specialist RDA GB.

The training included an exhibitor’s workshop for the International Fair of Malta exhibition which will be held at MFCC in June. The workshop focused on passing on skills and techniques, for exhibitors to realise a better return on investment from the show, as well as improve the overall quality of the exhibition. 

The management and sales team training included a refresher sales skills course, as well as looking at new opportunities for the venue and how to communicate effectively. Romwald Lungaro-Mifsud, business development manager commented:
